THE BEAUTY OF INVISALIGN

Invisalign has a cosmetic advantage over traditional braces and is easily removed for eating and cleaning. We recommend that our Invisalign patients wear the aligners for about 23 hours a day, though you can remove the trays for special occasions. During your Invisalign treatment, you’ll switch out your aligners about once every two weeks – we’ll send you home with new trays during your monthly office visits. One of the biggest advantages to Invisalign is that you get to smile with confidence during your treatment!

Invisalign is a noninvasive and safe procedure that can be completed with little discomfort. Unlike metal braces, you don’t have to worry about new brackets or tight wires causing you soreness for weeks. Because the aligners are plastic, the treatment is easier on your gums and teeth, so there’s absolutely no possibility that a bracket or sharp wire will cut your gums or cheeks. Patients who use Invisalign also have an easier time caring for their teeth because the aligners are removable and there are no obstructions to brush or floss around.

Using 3D CAD/CAM technology, we can plan out your entire treatment and design your trays. Much like orthodontic wires, each Invisalign tray is specifically designed to move certain teeth. An average Invisalign treatment takes about 12 months, whereas traditional orthodontics can take two years or even longer.
